Transport sheets for managed patient transport

Run patient transport electronically from the first entry to closing. Each transport sheet carries the full record – patient details, pickup point, destination, diagnosis and mobility – so the dispatcher has everything in one place, without paper or endless phone calls.

Crew assignment by type of service

Pick the crew according to the nature of the call – RZP, RLP, ICU, DRNR, LSPP or incubator. Ambulance crews also offer a vehicle number, which keeps coordination between teams quick and unambiguous.

SMS and e-mail straight to the crew

The Save and send button delivers an SMS and an e-mail to the assigned crew members with the date, time, patient, route and instructions. Nothing gets lost in a phone call and the crew sets off fully briefed.

Transport statuses tracked in real time

Entered, Assigned, Today, Closed, Cancelled – every status shows the number of sheets it holds. A single click switches to what you are handling right now, and the day's workload stays clearly in view.

What the transport sheets module is for

  • Diagnoses by ICD codes

Type two characters and the system suggests matching diagnoses from the International Classification of Diseases. You can attach several diagnoses to a single patient at once.

  • Location history over the last 12 months

The From and To fields offer addresses used in the past year. A recurring destination is picked in a moment, with no need to type it again.

  • Copying recurring transports

For a repeated transport of the same patient or the same route, copy a finished sheet and change only the date and time. A new record is ready in seconds.

  • Filtering by crew and status

Quick filters for RZP, RLP and DRNR, plus the Assigned to me and Today mine sub-views, take the dispatcher and the driver straight to what concerns them.

  • Excel export for reports and insurers

Export the filtered view to XLSX with every column. Monthly reports, documents for health insurers and crew performance statistics are ready to download.

  • Records by centre

Sort transports by organisational centres, so a larger provider keeps an overview of how individual sites operate.

  • Full change history of every sheet

Creation, crew assignment, status changes and sent notifications are logged with date and name. You can trace who changed what and when at any time.

  • Permissions by role

The crew sees only its assigned transports, the coordinator creates new sheets, the dispatcher manages everything. Each person works exactly with what they need.
