The discussion module enables sharing of opinions, ideas and knowledge on various topics, not only corporate ones. The advantage is the possibility of a quick response of the registered participants within the discussion, clarity and simplicity.

Group discussions with controlled access

Create topical discussion rooms for entire teams or specific groups of people. You decide who has access to each discussion — from individually selected colleagues to all company employees. Discussions can be clearly organized into groups and subgroups by department or project.

Direct one-on-one communication

In addition to group discussions, the module offers quick direct chat with any colleague. Simply click on their name in the side panel to instantly start a private conversation. The system automatically shows the number of unread messages so you never miss anything important.

File and attachment sharing

You can attach any file to each message — documents, images, spreadsheets, or archives. Up to 60 files can be uploaded at once, with a maximum size of 100 MB each. Shared files are securely stored on the server and accessible only to authorized members of the discussion.

Automatic refresh and unread message notifications

Discussions automatically update every minute so you always see the latest messages without refreshing the page. A clear counter shows the number of unread messages in each discussion and for each colleague, giving you an overview of all communications at a glance.

    Real-time full-text search allows you to quickly find a specific message or piece of information in an extensive discussion history. Just start typing and results are immediately filtered.

  • Custom icons for each discussion

    Each discussion room can be assigned its own icon from the Font Awesome library, making it easy to visually identify discussions in the list at a glance.

  • Switching message display modes

    Choose between showing the last 5 messages for a quick overview or the complete conversation history. This setting significantly reduces loading time for active discussions with a long history.

  • Company intranet communication without external tools

    All internal communication stays within the secure environment of the company intranet. No data leaves your infrastructure — ideal for companies with information security requirements and GDPR compliance needs.
